Formal charges have been brought against two men following a luggage theft where a suspected irritant spray resulted in harm at the UK's busiest airport.

These accusations come after an probe of an assault at the parking structure at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Earlier that day, two women were robbed of their luggage stolen after exiting a parking garage elevator, police said.
